Somebody's hungry

Somebody’s Hungry is a short psychological suspense game where fear does not come from visible monsters, but from simple details, uncomfortable silences, and a presence that insists on being heard.

In the game, you control a girl who is home alone during a rainy night. Before leaving, her mother gives a clear warning: do not open the door. At first, everything feels ordinary, the house, the objects, the sound of the rain, until a voice appears on the other side of the door.

It says it is hungry.
And it asks for help.

From that moment on, Somebody’s Hungry slowly builds its tension through atmosphere, subtle dialogue, and simple interactions, creating a constant sense of unease. The game does not rely on jump scares, but on anticipation, doubt, and the feeling that something is wrong, even when nothing seems to be happening.

A short, intense, narrative-focused experience

Developed in the Godot Engine, Somebody’s Hungry is a short experience, ideal for players who enjoy narrative-driven horror and psychological suspense games. Every detail of the house, every ambient sound, and every line of dialogue was carefully designed to reinforce the atmosphere of isolation and vulnerability.

Players are encouraged to explore the environment, interact with everyday objects, and make decisions that seem simple but carry emotional weight. The fear comes precisely from that: from normality.
